How does payment token transfer work?
If the processor can send tokens, they go to Stripe and we match each one to a household. That usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Recurring billing starts after cards are on file. We confirm processor support before kickoff. If they cannot send tokens, we run a card-collection campaign instead. 98% of families save a card within 5 days.
What do families need to do during the switch?
If we transfer tokens, nothing. If we collect cards instead, they tap a secure link and save the card already on file. Collection campaigns reach 98% of families within 5 days.
How does this relate to Core and Premium?
Migration is a one-time project. After launch you run Core or Premium as your monthly plan.
Which platforms do you migrate from?
Jackrabbit, TeamSnap, SportsEngine, Mindbody, iClassPro, LeagueApps, WellnessLiving, and dozens of others. If you can export it, we can usually map it.
How long does a migration take?
Mapping and cleaning take a few days. Token transfer is usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on the processor. The website can take new members while cards are still moving. Existing billing flips once cards are on file, then the old platform comes down.
What happens to my public website?
We rebuild it on Hurdle with your logo, photos, copy, and programs. New members register there. Existing families move over once cards are on file.
Can I import a CSV myself?
Yes. Self-serve member import is available. The $199 service moves the catalog, enrollments, cards, and site, then launches.
