We measure your Heart-Rate Variability to discover your personalized Bio-Tone, then create custom Bio-Tuning® soundtracks you take home to use daily. The BioMat: Every session includes our signature BioMat — an FDA-registered device that pairs far-infrared warmth with negative ions and a bed of natural amethyst crystals. Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered, often with better sleep and less stress. Our founder, Amber Monaghan, trained directly under Dr. Jeffrey Thompson at the Center for Neuroacoustic Research and has practiced Bio-Tuning for over 20 years.
