Hudson Valley Swim® has been teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities since 2003. The organization provides group and private swim lessons beginning with infants and toddlers and continuing through adulthood. Small class sizes help ensure each student receives the care and support they need to build confidence and develop proper swimming techniques. Experienced instructors are trained to teach all levels, allowing students to advance without needing to change instructors. In addition to swimming skills, Hudson Valley Swim introduces important water-safety concepts and supports parents in helping keep children safe around water.
