Invitation & Registration for 2026–2027Dear Player and Family,Thank you for being part of the Academy.We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2026–2027 developmental teams.Typically, clubs conclude their season on May 31 and require full registration following mandatory tryouts. However, our club will not require current players to attend tryouts this year. Instead, team placement will be based on coach evaluations from the 2025–2026 season.To secure your spot, a partial re-enrollment fee of $150 will be required. This fee covers your US association player card and administrative costs. Due date is June 1, 2026.Please complete the 2026–2027 registration form as soon as possible. Timely registration helps us confirm team rosters and determine how many spots are available for new players.Thank you for your continued support throughout the 2025–2026 soccer year.

Registration for 2026–2027.Welcome to Dr. Phillips Soccer Club!This invoice covers the registration fee, which includes:2 personalized training jerseys1 pair of black shorts1 pair of black socksPlayer cardPlayer insurance activationAdministrative fees will begin training since 2026 after the registration process is completed. He will train on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 PM with the 2018/2019 training group.Please note:Training uniforms typically arrive within 7 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed only once payment has been received.Monthly training fees are due by the 6th of each month. A $35 late fee will apply to any payments made after this date.This invoice does not include league or tournament registration fees, nor does it include game uniforms.All registration fees are non-refundable.By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions listed above and agree to follow all club policies.
