SC Parkour helps kids build confidence, resilience, coordination, creativity, and leadership through outdoor movement and adventure. Through parkour, teamwork, games, beach adventures, and exploration based learning, students develop real-world movement skills while learning to overcome challenges, solve problems, and support each other in a positive environment. Santa Cruz Parkour Academy offers parkour, capoeira, artistic flow, and movement-arts training for kids and adults in Santa Cruz, CA. We provide safe, progressive instruction indoors and outdoors with experienced coaches, weekly classes, seasonal camps, birthday parties, and advanced team opportunities. Our programs focus on strength, agility, coordination, and creative movement. Students progress through structured skill assessments and progression bands; membership includes weekly classes, skill tracking, priority access to camps and events, member discounts, and an enrollment kit with an Academy T-shirt and progression bands. Trial classes are available ($60 for a one hour session, credited toward membership if you join within 7 days). We keep classes fresh for all ages and levels from first time students learning fundamentals to athletes pursuing advanced training on our PK Team.
