If you or any member of your family is neurodivergent (self-diagnosis is also welcome!) please join us for a monthly community gathering where we connect, share resources, ask questions, and build friendships in a loving, shame-free, welcoming space. Please plan to bring food or drink to share. Our community has sensitivities when it comes to eating: many are plant-based, sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. While all food is welcome, it is helpful to bring options or try to accommodate at least one of these. Sensory arts & crafts, gentle gardening tasks, and a quiet zone will be available for anyone who needs it. Our in-house neurodivergent coach Tiana McDowell will also host an informal discussion where adults can bring questions and share resources and experiences together.

We invite senior citizens (and any elders 50+) to join us for a morning of gardening, storytime, and simple arts and crafts with our local babies and toddlers, as well as those enrolled in our on-site infant/toddler care. Numerous studies show the tremendous benefits of intergenerational play between humanity's oldest and youngest members. And, many of us do not have grandparents or grandchildren nearby. This is an opportunity to nourish your heart, mind, and body in a true village experience. Elders of all levels of physical ability are welcome to join in for any length of time including just to watch or rest outdoors. Our garden teachers will be onsite to facilitate safe and joyful interaction. Free tea/coffee available, and you are welcome to continue gardening after lunch if you like (or check our calendar for other offerings you may wish to join). There is no charge for this event, with many thanks to a generous grant from Sonoma County's District 5.

Learn about our different spaces and offerings here on the land while sipping complimentary tea or coffee. We are located at 469 Bohemian Hwy, Freestone CA 95472. It shares a driveway with 489 Bohemian and is across from the Freestone Fire Station. Please drive all the way into the main parking lot to park and we will come out to greet you at the scheduled time. No unscheduled visits or unsupervised exploration please, although grandparents or other friends welcome to join on the tour. If you need to cancel or reschedule to another time that isn't listed, let us know at hello@landofthegood.com.
