Build a Successful Career and Life That You Love This group will empower purpose-driven professionals to design a career that is aligned with your life without burning out your nervous system. Too often, it feels as if you have to choose between professional success and your values and well-being. This group is for anyone seeking to chart a new path in their career that balances your values and personal goals for your life with your larger purpose and professional aspirations. We will meet weekly to get clear on your next steps, design your unique strategy, receive supportive feedback, and take deliberate actions forward. This group offers loving support and gentle accountability so that you can actually feel safe and happy taking those next steps. The group meets in-person for 3 consecutive weeks, within one week off for integration and action. We will be led by Dr. Audra Verrier, a masterful career coach who has over 20 years of experience as an educator and administrator. She has mentored thousands of students, staff, and faculty, helping them create successful careers and lives that they truly love. If you find yourself asking, "I know what I want, but I'm just not sure how to get there", this is the group for you. Feeling stuck, distracted, overwhelmed, or lonely working from home? Join us for a true "co"-working session, where we meet up to connect, get clear, and find courageous flow as we work. Humans have historically always worked alongside other humans, and numerous studies show the benefits of "body doubling", especially for neurodivergent people. Each of these sessions are gently held with invitations to periodically check-in with self and others. That said, you are always welcome to work on whatever you need to, including calls and meetings. If you finish what you set out to do, you can ring a little bell and we will all shout "Hurray!" If you get stuck, there's free tea & coffee, the garden to go weed in, the open art studio to play in, or cozy couches to flop on. Our Tuesday deep work session is an invitation to Get Going: 1) we will identify a challenging and important task; 2) focus our attention and clear obtacles; 3) put in a solid effort and make real progress. This session is included in your day pass at Land of the Good.
