BayLax is a volunteer, member-run organization dedicated to encouraging, fostering, and promoting women's lacrosse in Northern California. The group communicates lacrosse events, supports the growth of the sport, and provides administrative, instructional, and community leadership for its members and contributors. It welcomes gender expansive people who play women's style lacrosse.
